Shipping policy

Cabinets and alleys ship freight. Parcel is the exception, not the rule. The product page states the maker’s published freight where we have it (Polycade $250 continental on one Sente). Everything else is quoted before we take a card.

Residential deliveries need a liftgate and a path. Measure the door, the stair turn, and the ceiling. If it does not fit, say so before the truck is booked.

Inspect the crate on the truck. Photograph crushed corners, wet cardboard, and tilt indicators before you sign. After the driver leaves, it is much harder. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.

This policy is generic until each supplier’s freight class, NMFC, and insurance is in writing. We will replace this page per brand as dealers are appointed.
