The $300–$600 band is not this store
Arcade1Up Classic SE Pac-Man is about $334 at Walmart. Deluxe cabinets commonly land $499–$599. AtGames Legends Ultimate class is often $400–$900 depending on SKU and sale. Those lists treat that band as “home arcade.” It is a 3/4-scale living-room unbox with retail sticks. The Arcade Co does not stock it. If that is the budget, buy it there. If the budget is a rec-room cabinet with a real control panel, the ladder above is the live catalog. Compare the gap on Arcade1Up vs full-size.
$199: the honest try-before-a-crate SKU
X-Arcade Tankstick at $199 is a USB arcade controller. Parcel. No liftgate. No 110V cabinet circuit. Games are not included. You already own a PC or a Raspberry Pi. The Arcade Co does not load ROMs. This is not a $400 countercade with a licensed marquee. It is the $150–$300 accessory on a floor that otherwise starts at a $2,000 empty cabinet. If you will not play a stick on a desk, you will not play a 400 lb upright either.
$2,000–$2,499: empty American crate vs designed steel
X-Arcade Machine 32 is $2,000, 73 inches tall, 400 pounds, American-made, 32-inch LED, games not included. Freight quoted. Liftgate required. Two people to receive. Space Race cocktail is also $2,000; the 250-game bundle is discontinued. Polycade Sente is $2,499: 90 lb steel, Sanwa, 24-inch 1080p, open PC, $250 continental freight published. That $499 gap is not a promotion. It is an empty 400 lb crate versus a computer already in the drawer. X-Arcade vs Polycade.
Sente + marquee is $2,699. Freestanding + marquee is $3,399. Striped freestanding is $3,895. Upgraded 1TB / 16GB decks step from the $2,499 base. Home lines from Polycade still discount in public. We show the live street and do not go under Polycade.com.
$3,999–$4,599: licensed US-assembled uprights
Dreamcade Vision 32 is $3,999 list. Maker also publishes $3,399 promo. The Arcade Co shows list. 32-inch HD (31-inch viewable), 300+ licensed titles, Windows 11, US assembled, ships assembled, 2-player. You cannot add Steam. Freight is assembled upright class, liftgate on residential, quoted before the card. Vision 40 is $4,599 list (maker promo $3,699 exists): 40-inch HD, 4-player panel available at order. Same licensed menu, bigger glass, tighter path. A 40-inch assembled upright does not walk a Victorian stair without a plan. Vision 32 vs 40. Sente vs Vision 32.
$4,499–$8,995: alleys
Skee-Ball Premium $4,499. Premium+ $5,999. Classic Free Play 10-foot $8,995. All on skeeball.com. White-glove +$949 optional. 110V home alleys, not ICE Games commercial iron. Freight is alley class: length, ceiling, stair turn. The Arcade Co will not sell the China-made Deluxe as a substitute for the Classic. If the stair loses a 10-foot ramp, buy Premium. Skee-Ball for home game room.
$6,999: Stern Pro pinball
Stern James Bond 007 Pro, $6,999. Official Pro crate. 27 inches W × 55 inches D × 76 inches H, about 250 lb, 120V, pallet, liftgate, two people. The Arcade Co does not discount Stern to win a text. Used commercial Stern on the secondary market often prints $5,000–$12,000 depending on title and condition. That is operator iron: coin-door history, unknown playfield wear. We compare it. We do not cart it. Jersey Jack Collector editions sit at $15,000. Stern James Bond 007 Pro.
Freight is a line item
Polycade is the only maker on this floor with a published continental rate: $250 on one Sente, $500 HI/AK, 1–4 days out, 3–7 in transit. Everyone else is quoted. Liftgate on a residential driveway is almost always required for assembled iron. Inspect on the truck. Photograph crushed corners, wet cardboard, tilt indicators. Refuse if the crate is destroyed. Concealed damage: 48 hours. A 400 lb return is a freight event, not a mood.
Financing available is arithmetic, not APR
Every cabinet can show 24 / 36 / 48: cash ÷ term, rounded up. Financing available — starting at $112/month on a $3,999 Vision 32 ($167 / $112 / $84 at 24 / 36 / 48). Sente at $2,499 is $105 / $70 / $53. Stern Pro at $6,999 is $292 / $195 / $146. Not 0%. Not an approval. Restocking on authorized unused returns is 15% plus reverse freight unless we agree dead-on-arrival. Licensed software is not an open-box item.
Custom and commercial sit off this ladder
Arcade Guys, Game Room Solutions, and Big Daddy Games can run $3,000–$6,000+ as quotes when they are not a published street. ICE Games is commercial. TinyArcadeMachines Elite 127 Plus is a custom PC cab around €2,249: different buyer. Creative Arcades sells Sanwa cabinets with a coin mech. That is not add-to-cart here. Home vs commercial: home vs commercial arcade. Awards: Best Home Arcade Machines 2026.
